Grief is a layered and often complex experience that requires space and attention to individual differences to promote healthy, personalized healing. As a survivor of many types of losses myself, I understand how powerful having a safe, gentle and non-judgmental space to land can be during one’s process. I am excited to hold space for you and meet you onyour road to figuring out your new normal.

Your investment of $200 covers the cost of your book and materials. To secure your spot and ensure your materials arrive in time for our first session, please register below. Submit your investment at least one week before the start of the group.

Groups are limited to no more than 15 people, no fewer than 4. Therefore, if fewer than 4 people register, the group may be cancelled or rescheduled. If the group is cancelled with no new start date you will receive a refund. If the rescheduling dates do not align with your calendar you will be able to sign up for a future date that does.
